Dogwood Treehouse consists of three floors with an open staircase, providing just the right blend of privacy and togetherness.

The Upper Level offers an open, loft-like feel that consists of a primary suite with a King Bed, and a full bath (shower & jacuzzi tub). While there is no door to the level, you will have the entire floor.

The Main Level consists of an open floor plan with a fully-stocked kitchen with a granite peninsula that seats three, a dining table that seats four, and a living room area with a stone wood-burning fireplace, tv, sectional sofa, and leather recliner. Direct access to two private outdoor spaces through french doors to enjoy a covered and beautifully decorated extension of the open living area.

The Lower Level is a large open rec room with a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, sitting area, tv, full bath, full-size laundry room, and french doors leading onto a private patio and deck. This outdoor sanctuary is encircled with beautiful native landscaping and boasts a luxury hot tub.

Dogwood Treehouse is pet-friendly with an additional pet fee. This house also has a dog crate in the basement closet available for use as needed.

This home underwent major remodeling and updating in early 2021 with a refresh in March 2025.

Please note that there are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the main floor.
